Handsel is a marketplace connecting brands and creators for paid partnerships. Using the app means you agree to the terms below.

What Handsel is

A place for brands to publish opportunities, for creators to discover and pitch on them, and for both sides to track deal terms, deliverables, contracts and invoices in one place.

What Handsel is not

We are not a payment processor and we do not hold funds on behalf of either party. Payment for a deal is a direct bank transfer between the brand and creator, arranged outside the app. Handsel records that a brand marked a deal paid and that a creator confirmed receiving it, but that record is not a guarantee: see refunds and disputes.

Your obligations

• Give accurate information about audience figures, identity and deal terms.
• Honor the terms of a deal once accepted.
• Follow applicable sponsored-content disclosure requirements.
• Do not use Handsel to harass, defraud or misrepresent yourself.

Account suspension

We may suspend an account that violates these terms, is used fraudulently or repeatedly fails to honor agreed deals.

Changes

These terms may change as the product changes. The current approved version will be shown on this page.
